In corporate law, one focus of interest lies on the keywords "compliance" and "regulation". Sustainability management and reporting are the focus of Prof. von Ahsen's research. She investigates how companies implement regulatory requirements, identify relevant topics and develop strategies and reports that are appropriate for the target audience. Current projects include the use of AI for automated, audit-proof data collection and the development of sustainable neighborhood concepts.
