Ass. iur. Johannes Heinlein

Mr Johannes Heinlein studied law at the University of the Konstanz and the Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg. He then completed his legal traineeship in the district of Darmstadt Regional Court. He was admitted as a lawyer in 2018.

In 2022, Mr Heinlein began working as a research assistant at the Department of Civil and Corporate Law, where he is involved in the KIARA research project focusing on legal issues in connection with artificial intelligence.

In addition, Mr Heinlein also works as a lawyer in an interdisciplinary business law firm in Darmstadt and advises clients on all questions of commercial and business law as well as in the area of intellectual property law. As a data protection officer, Mr Heinlein also supports various medium-sized companies in the implementation of data protection.
