Prof. Dr. iur. Franz-Josef Rose received his doctorate from the Westphalian Wilhelms-Münster University in 1993 after passing the 2nd state examination in law (1991). The topic of his dissertation is the right to strike of non-organized and differently organized workers.
Prof. Dr. Rose is currently an honorary professor in the field of labor law at the Technical University of Darmstadt.
He is also head of legal affairs of the Union of Hessian Employers' Associations e. V. and the Association of Metal and Electrical Companies Hesse e. V.
