Maximilian Lau studied law at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen, specializing in commercial law. Parallel to his studies, he worked for an Big-4 accounting firm in the field of banking supervisory law.
In addition to his work at the chair, Mr. Lau currently works as a research assistant for an international law firm in the capital markets department at the Frankfurt office. He mainly deals with issues of capital markets and corporate law.
